Front Lobby Front Lobby Front Lobby Hemo-Dialysis Unit Hemo-Dialysis Unit   Green Meadows Health and Wellness Center of Louisville has expanded its skilled nursing services to include the development of an On-Site Hemo-Dialysis unit for patients with renal insufficiency. All staff members selected to work on this specialized unit have received advanced training in renal care. The admissions department at Green Meadows Health and Wellness Center accepts admissions 24 hours every day. Referrals may also be made for short-term respite to give family members caring for someone at home some much needed time off. Family members are an integral part of this program and are offered numerous supportive services, including case management services.
